Cera Oh

Cera Oh focuses her practice on patent prosecution and related counseling. She received her Juris Doctor (JD) from Lewis & Clark Law School in Portland, Oregon in 2015, her B.S. in Biology from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2011, and her M.S. in Computer Science from Portland State University in 2023. Her technical interests include biology, biotechnology, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and cybersecurity.  She is licensed to practice law in Oregon and is registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Previously, Ms. Oh interned with an energy company in Oregon where she performed research and drafted patent applications. She also has experience helping underserved clients in various legal matters such as custody, housing, and immigration issues, and drafting and translating various legal and technical documents for her Korean clients. She is fluent in English and Korean. In her free time, Cera enjoys exploring the food and music scene in Portland and watching movies at home with her husband and her cat.
